Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients at the office and warehouse, offering beverages and preparing meeting spaces.
- Manage queries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain the front desk, including answering calls, handling inquiries, and providing information.
- Keep the reception and office areas clean, organised, and presentable.
- Process payments, manage orders, handle billing inquiries, and liaise with the accountant.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support office and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate records, both digital and paper, ensuring proper filing.
- Handle scheduling of deliveries and collections.
- Serve guests with tea and coffee.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
- Maintain the conference room.
Skills Required:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office equipment operation.
- Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English. Proficiency in Farsi and/or Arabic is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00. Occasional requirement for work outside normal office hours.
Salary: up to £22,000.00 per year, dependent on candidate's skills and experience.

Requirements:
- Education: GCSE or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years in administrative and customer service roles preferred.
Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
