Latif International Ltd has been a market leader for over sixty years in Fine Arts, Antiques, and Handmade Rugs in Wembley, London, serving an international clientele with excellence and expertise.

Responsibilities:

  •     Greet and welcome clients at the office and warehouse, offering beverages and preparing meeting spaces.
  •     Manage queries via phone, email, and in-person.
  •     Maintain the front desk, including answering calls, handling inquiries, and providing information.
  •     Keep the reception and office areas clean, organised, and presentable.
  •     Process payments, manage orders, handle billing inquiries, and liaise with the accountant.
  •     Assist with administrative tasks to support office and warehouse operations.
  •     Maintain accurate records, both digital and paper, ensuring proper filing.
  •     Handle scheduling of deliveries and collections.
  •     Serve guests with tea and coffee.
  •     Perform ad hoc duties as required.
  •     Maintain the conference room.

Skills Required:

  •     Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  •     Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
  •     Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  •     Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  •     Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office equipment operation.
  •     Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  •     Ability to work independently and with a team.
  •     Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  •     Understanding of confidentiality and discretion.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English. Proficiency in Farsi and/or Arabic is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00. Occasional requirement for work outside normal office hours.

 Salary: up to £22,000.00 per year, dependent on candidate's skills and experience.

 Benefits: Company pension, free on-site parking.

 Requirements:

  • Education: GCSE or equivalent preferred
  •  Minimum 2 years in administrative and customer service roles preferred.

Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
