Paediatric Doctors needed, United Kingdom

Lion Recruitment are currently working with an NHS Trust to find a Specialty Doctor in Paediatrics who is interested in relocating to the North of England.

As the successful applicant you will meet the below requirements:

• Medical Degree and relevant diploma of specialty
• Ability to provide sound clinical care at Middle Grade level for both Paediatric and Neonatal  Unit cover
• Aptitude for practical skills, i.e. intubation, UAC, UVC, Long lines
• Possess and/or be developing excellent diagnostic skills
• Successful completion of APLS and NLS or equivalent
• Successful completion of “Safeguarding Children: Recognition & Response in Child Protection” or equivalent
• Evidence of interest and experience in teaching where required in the job

Once you have been appointed to this role, you will receive:

•             Salary: £37,176-£69,325 per annum

•             Permanent contract

•             Assistance with GMC registration (as required)

•             Overtime will be available once you have completed your induction and probationary period

•             Generous annual leave entitlement
